Everybody we dealt with has been super. We received the furniture within the amount of time expected, or less, which was great. Jen was so patient with us and spent so much time. We are absolutely delighted with the furniture and our choices. We are thrilled with the furniture and the delivery personnel Matt & Patrick were excellent. Very accommodating and very personable. They were here within a few minutes time of the expected arrival, and they were just very accommodating making sure we were happy with what we got and that it was to our specifications. Everybody has been super friendly and helpful! We couldn’t be more delighted with the service and furniture.

Last year, I ordered a desk, desk chair, and a chair-and-a-half for my home office. It took several visits as I decided if I was going to do this and then to make the choices of wood, hardware, and fabric. This was a pleasant process. Everyone I worked with was just fantastic. They were patient, helpful, and made suggestions if needed. I worked first with Stephen who gave me the basics about the desk and how the ordering process works. When I ordered the desk, Jen is the one who filled out the order form. When the hardware I selected was unavailable, she emailed me promptly so I could choose another option. This happened a couple of times. She was apologetic for the issue, but I finally chose one that was available. It looks wonderful on my desk. A couple of months later, I sat in a chair-and-a-half that was so comfortable, I knew it was what I wanted. Brianna worked with me on pricing that and later Jen helped with that, too. Jen ordered fabric samples a couple of times until I found one that went with the ottoman I was trying to match. After all that, I had to wait months for delivery! But, it was worth the wait. The guys who delivered the desk and chair and a half arrived promptly and got the desk set up with no problem. They were apologetic when they realized the warehouse had not included the desk topper. I was able to get that delivery set up for the following week at 7 a.m. They were here right on the stroke of 7 and attached the topper in just a few minutes. (I'm still waiting for the desk chair. It's scheduled to be finished and delivered sometime in March.) All this is to say “Thank you!” to all those who helped me through this process. I wanted to let you know what great employees you have!
