Jen is so patient with me and my family. We had a hard time agreeing on a fabric color for our new couch. She was able to match up something beautiful with us. I’m so grateful for that about her. She’s such a great person, so helpful and kind.

Everybody we dealt with has been super. We received the furniture within the amount of time expected, or less, which was great. Jen was so patient with us and spent so much time. We are absolutely delighted with the furniture and our choices. We are thrilled with the furniture and the delivery personnel Matt & Patrick were excellent. Very accommodating and very personable. They were here within a few minutes time of the expected arrival, and they were just very accommodating making sure we were happy with what we got and that it was to our specifications. Everybody has been super friendly and helpful! We couldn’t be more delighted with the service and furniture.

I just had a table and barstools delivered today - it is beautiful. I am always amazed when I receive my furniture from (Shipshewana Furniture Co.).
