Speechless. I was speechless walking this showroom. I've always loved woodworking and every single piece in this place has clearly been made with love by a true master of the art. All things considered, even a completely custom ordered piece is priced very reasonably for what you get. My wife and I hadn't realistically considered refurnishing our entire home, but after we spent 3 hours over 2 days walking both showrooms and pricing out several options, we've made up our minds. Once we got home and sat on our box store sofa and ate at our box store table, we just kinda looked at each other and nodded and planned out the overhaul. We just received our living room pieces today. As recent empty nesters, it was time to upgrade to heirloom pieces, so we shopped for quality. We ordered a mission double bookcase and TV stand. We shopped online and could not find matching pieces, so we found what we liked in each and through the ordering process we were able to create a set, with matching hardware....no charge. We were told they would deliver at 8:30 am, and our doorbell was rung at 8:29:45am. From the first click on the web page, to the phone calls we made to ask questions, to the special services offered to make sure we got what we were looking for, to the online payment options, to the spot on delivery and set up. Beautiful multi-level Amish furniture shop. Wonderfully helpful staff after our house fire in composing the contents lists for insurance purposes. They offer an extensive shipping service, although we have never needed to use them for this purpose. Last year, I ordered a desk, desk chair, and a chair-and-a-half for my home office. It took several visits as I decided if I was going to do this and then to make the choices of wood, hardware, and fabric. This was a pleasant process. Everyone I worked with was just fantastic. They were patient, helpful, and made suggestions if needed. I worked first with Stephen who gave me the basics about the desk and how the ordering process works. When I ordered the desk, Jen is the one who filled out the order form. When the hardware I selected was unavailable, she emailed me promptly so I could choose another option. This happened a couple of times. She was apologetic for the issue, but I finally chose one that was available. It looks wonderful on my desk. A couple of months later, I sat in a chair-and-a-half that was so comfortable, I knew it was what I wanted. Brianna worked with me on pricing that and later Jen helped with that, too. Jen ordered fabric samples a couple of times until I found one that went with the ottoman I was trying to match. After all that, I had to wait months for delivery! But, it was worth the wait. The guys who delivered the desk and chair and a half arrived promptly and got the desk set up with no problem. They were apologetic when they realized the warehouse had not included the desk topper. I was able to get that delivery set up for the following week at 7 a.m. They were here right on the stroke of 7 and attached the topper in just a few minutes. (I'm still waiting for the desk chair. It's scheduled to be finished and delivered sometime in March.) All this is to say “Thank you!” to all those who helped me through this process. I wanted to let you know what great employees you have!

Wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new furniture. The two dressers and night stand replaced furniture we received 34 years ago when we were first married. These were well used pieces at the time given to us from relatives. Drawer bottoms were sagging and sticking. Not a pretty sight. I had a bad experience with a local furniture company but found the exact same chair design online with Shipshewana Furniture. And, the quality was far superior to the local company here in Virginia. Anna, the sales person I worked with was wonderful - very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating. It took about 10 weeks from ordering to delivery because we're so far, but shipping was reasonable for the distance and the chairs arrived as scheduled and the delivery team was very friendly and professional. We ordered the Ashton side and arm chairs in Oak, New Carrington finish and they are perfect for our lobby. The cost was very reasonable. The chairs were far superior in quality but for a much lower price. So, even with shipping costs, overall the costs was less expensive than the local company. We and our clients are very pleased!

Such an awesome furniture store, where the quality looks amazing! Which ultimately means, you will be paying a lot. Everything is built to last and very sturdy. They even have some items for the kids like the pop corn hole, which is a similar to corn hole game but on a much smaller scale and rule is to use the catapult to try and make it to the other side. I would definitely buy my furniture here once I save up enough money and maybe live a little closer.
