We just received our living room pieces today. As recent empty nesters, it was time to upgrade to heirloom pieces, so we shopped for quality. We ordered a mission double bookcase and TV stand. We shopped online and could not find matching pieces, so we found what we liked in each and through the ordering process we were able to create a set, with matching hardware....no charge. We were told they would deliver at 8:30 am, and our doorbell was rung at 8:29:45am. From the first click on the web page, to the phone calls we made to ask questions, to the special services offered to make sure we got what we were looking for, to the online payment options, to the spot on delivery and set up. I don't feel we got what we paid for....we got so much more!

Today I received my bedroom suit that I ordered online in April 2021. My excitement to finally find what I've always wanted .. well, I was overwhelmed ?! BUT my emotions today, now that I actually have it and it be more than I could've EVER expect .. I cried, yeah that's right I cried HAPPY tears. I love it!! ❤❤❤❤❤ The quality is phenomenally exceptional! I want to shout out to the girls in the office that I bugged, lol, about updates. I bought a bedroom set 4 or 5 years ago, and a dining room table, chairs and barstools 2 years ago from Shipshewana Furniture Co. For the first delivery, I lived in Michigan and the furniture was delivered by the store's truck. The next delivery was to Iowa, and the furniture was delivered by a shipping company. Not only the was furniture perfect, but the two deliveries were handled beautifully. ..A day doesn't go by that we don't comment about how beautiful the interior of our home looks. I couldn't be happier with Shipshewana Furniture or with the quality of Amish made furniture.
