Good morning, I am sending this email to let you know what a fantastic employee you have in Bri. I have been in law-enforcement for the past 40 years and it seems we are always quick to judge and complain but never take the time to appreciate and commend when someone does a good job. Last week I called your store to inquire about purchasing a dining room table and 10 chairs. I live in Oklahoma, and my wife and I went to Noah’s Amish furniture store here to locate a dining room table and 10 chairs. My mother lives in Fishers, Indiana, and two years ago we came to Shipshewana to shop and spend the day and eat at the restaurants. I remembered your business and decided to call. Bri was so helpful with my wife and I in making sure what we saw here was the same as you offered. She took her time and explained all the options, and we emailed several times with new questions. She was so patient and kind to us, and we placed our order Saturday. Bri offered to send us samples of stain and leather so we could make a correct decision on what we want.
